Manage business development with understanding of all airport project phases including design, engineering, procurement, tender, construction, commissioning, hand-over, operation, maintenance and management ensuring full alignment with company standards and project requirements related to airports.
Knows very well airport components, special systems such as BHS, information management system, etc. and airport buildings and structures.
Ensuring all commercial strategies comply with local civil aviation authorities, environmental regulations, and government policies.
Serve as the primary contact between clients, partners, local authorities, and HQ to ensure effective communication and high client satisfaction in relation to airports.
Lead regular project review meetings, provide executive-level reporting, and ensure all project documentation is maintained to audit-ready standards.
Develop execution strategies and validate proposed budgets, business models and schedules to ensure project feasibility and competitiveness during the bid stage.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of tender documents and contract terms to identify potential liabilities and develop robust plans.
Collaborate with the Sales/Tendering team to lead technical proposals and provide expert input on subcontractor/partner selection to enhance bid quality.
Establish business tracking and monitor all airport related opportunities and have a very strong understanding of the airports and aviation market in Europe and Turkiye.
