We are looking for a "Event Specialist" for our global partner which operates in dental equipment manufacturing.

Work closely with the Clinical Education team to create and manage the annual activity plan.
Manage all event logistics, including booking venues and transportation, negotiating vendor contracts, and overseeing catering, audiovisuals, and signage.
Handle the ordering, tracking, and delivery of course materials to event venues.
Create promotional materials to market events.
Process speaker payments with the finance department.
Maintain records and track all course resources.
Report event activity to corporate quarterly and to the Sales Marketing team monthly, based on input from the CE team.
Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget, meeting company objectives.
