Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or business operations.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting processes.
Experience in building and improving financial systems and operational workflows.
Previous involvement in investor relations, pitch deck preparation, and due diligence processes is highly preferred.
Ability to translate financial insights into business and commercial decisions.
Experience in B2C operations, inventory management, or retail/e-commerce environments is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
