We are looking for a “Human Resources Manager” with the following qualifications to work in the our global business partner operating in the manufacturing sector.

Ensure the implementation of HR strategies in line with group policies and local regulations,
Lead organizational structure updates, job description revisions, and headcount planning processes,
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white- and blue-collar positions,
Conduct training needs analysis, prepare annual training plans, and monitor implementation,
Oversee performance evaluation and talent management processes,
Coordinate and supervise the outsourced payroll and personnel administration activities,
Ensure compliance and follow-up of occupational health and safety processes,
Prepare periodic HR reports and present them to top management.
