The incumbent determines and manages all operational pricing and supports strategic access issues in accordance with rules regulations while considering developments trends in the local market.

Make strategic and regular price analysis and inform related functions,
Reference country price information follow-up,
Preparation of reference country price declarations,
Follow-up MOH official price list,
Responsible for Global Pricing database update,
Define pricing scenarios and pricing strategies,
Follow price regulation changes and attend official meetings related with pricing issues,
Support internal and external coordination for reimbursement applications,
Support development of health economics analyses and implementing the local health economics plans and projects in order to deliver tools and services to support the market access strategy, product positioning and expansion throughout the LCM of the product,
Support preparation of value dossiers according to local requirements,
Definition of Payer’s needs in collaboration with other MA Department members,
Derivation and implementation of tools and projects for the product in close collaboration with other functions as a part of the cross-functional team (Marketing, Sales,Medical Finance) which is in charge of the product strategy,
Work in collaboration with other functions and Government Affairs colleague/s to influence national reimbursement policies,
Keep informed all the relevant parties in the company about reimbursement status of company products and make analyses of changes in reimbursement health policies,
Monitor changes and competitive situation in the environment in order to anticipate risks and opportunities for pricing and market access,
Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders i.e. Government officials, AIFD, specialty organizations, TEB, (Turkish Pharmacies’ Association)
Represent company in industry association meetings,
Major contacts will be Social Security Institution (SSI), Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor, KOLs, specialty patient associations, TEB, Global pricing market access and patient solution team members and other functions within the TR organization,
Good understanding of local healthcare environment, legal and regulatory frameworks that would affect the business and develop or implement strategic initiatives,
Monitor report local and regional trends in health policies and activities in particular any important local policy in terms of pricing, reimbursement and authorities working plans which would impact business and develop effective response strategies and action plans accordingly to ensure business benefit,
Work in collaboration with the Global / Area for the localization of the strategic initiatives,
Actively participate in new products task forces and support other functions,
Support new product pricing reimbursement launch process,
Ensure compliance with relevant legal demands, ethical standards, Corporate Business and Safety Procedures and company conduct,
Maintain strict confidentiality,
Ensure compliance with all relevant Occupational Health, Safety and environmental legislative requirements, policies and procedures.
