We are currently seeking a 'Method Engineer' for our global business partner, for whom we manage the recruitment process.

Manage the production infrastructure and manufacturing processes of assembly and pre-production areas for the main product platform.
Plan production equipment, layouts, workflows, accident prevention measures, and manufacturing processes in line with production requirements.
Manage the ramp-up phase of new production and test equipment, as well as the production launch of new products, ensuring lifecycle support.
Establish and monitor investment plans for the assigned area and product responsibilities.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, particularly through Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and monitor results.
Design and/or coordinate the procurement of special devices and fixtures required for assembly processes.
Conduct time and motion studies and establish production standards and capacity calculations.
Develop and monitor process KPIs to improve operational performance.
Ensure process documentation is up to date and provide training to manufacturing personnel.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities. ...
