Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline,
Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale EPC and turnkey industrial projects,
Proven experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end as a Project Manager or Project Director,
Strong background in fuel storage terminals, tank farms, energy, oil gas, petrochemical, or similar industrial projects,
Hands-on experience in fuel storage tank and piping projects,
Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes,
Solid experience in budget management, cost control, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor management,
Experienced in subcontractor selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management,
Demonstrated success in leading large, multidisciplinary teams,
Experience reporting to executive and senior management levels,
Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
Proficient in MS Office and project management/planning tools,
Strong command of digital tools and technology
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,
High level of accountability and professional integrity,
No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
Previous experience in the Middle East and/or North Africa region is preferred.
