Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Chemical, FMCG or other production-intensive industries.
Proven experience in raw material and/or technical purchasing.
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiation and cost optimization.
Experience managing both local and international suppliers.
Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience in establishing or improving purchasing processes, systems and workflows.
Good understanding of production planning, inventory management and supply chain processes.
Strong financial awareness, including payment terms, purchasing commitments and cash-flow planning.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage change and build effective relationships within an established organization.
Proactive, solution-oriented and commercially minded approach.
Strong negotiation, decision-making and influencing skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods at operational sites when required.
Experience with ERP systems and digital procurement tools is an advantage.
Experience with international fairs, sourcing projects and new supplier development is a strong plus.
