Look for alternative/ approved suppliers in line with company material requirements,
Place the orders based on MRP and follow delivery dates. Managining delays, coordination wirh related departments,
Continual cost improvements by studying through existing and new suppliers,
To prepare internal and external correspondence regarding the purchasing field,
Reach an agreement with suppliers periodically on backlogs, assets and liability statements.
