Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, Polymer, or a related Engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of practical work experience in an Injection Molding Operation.
Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing, and quality.
Self-starter with high self-motivation, able to work with minimal direction.
Ability to manage multiple start-up projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to lead others, including the indirect supervision of process technicians.
Working knowledge of a wide range of thermoplastic materials and their properties.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
